Try When You Are Down

Sometimes you just can’t feel good about yourself – made a mistake, couldn’t control the emotion, gave something up, or just simply don’t feel good.

You start hearing the voice saying you are not good enough.

You are lonely and feel miserable.

 

What do you do at that time?

Me? I go to bed!

But, there’s another quick and powerful way to lift my spirit up.

 

I think of the memories I thanked someone or something.

I remember the faces of people who have been supporting me. I remember the kindness I have gotten. I remember the nature that gave me a quiet, warm and peaceful time.

 

I have been loved and supported so much. I have been given so much.

I repeat to myself again and again – Thank you.
